本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、matsumoto（以下「開発者」）が提供するAndroid向け音声プレイヤーアプリ「Zapptune」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用になる前に、本規約をよくお読みください。
本アプリを利用するには、Googleアカウントが必要です。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリは、ユーザーのGoogle Driveに保存された音声ファイルを再生するためのアプリです。また、端末内の音声ファイルの再生およびオフライン保存機能を提供します。
ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
本アプリを違法な目的で使用すること
著作権その他の知的財産権を侵害するファイルを扱うこと
本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、改ざん、または不正アクセスを試みること
他のユーザーまたは第三者に損害を与える行為
本アプリに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、開発者に帰属します。ユーザーは、本規約の範囲内でのみ本アプリを使用することができます。
開発者は、本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されており、特定の目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。
Google Driveのサービス停止・仕様変更等により本アプリが利用できなくなった場合でも、開発者は責任を負いません。
開発者は、予告なく本アプリの機能を変更または提供を終了する場合があります。
開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約はこのページにて公開します。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern your use of the Android audio player application "Zapptune" (hereinafter "the App") provided by matsumoto (hereinafter "the Developer"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
To use the App, you must have a Google account. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is an audio player that streams audio files stored in the user's Google Drive. It also provides playback of local audio files and offline storage functionality.
Users must not:
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Handle files that infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or gain unauthorized access to the App
Take any action that causes harm to other users or third parties
All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Developer. Users may use the App only within the scope permitted by these Terms.
The Developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.
The Developer is not responsible if the App becomes unavailable due to Google Drive service outages or specification changes.
The Developer may modify or discontinue the App's features without prior notice.
The Developer may update these Terms as necessary. Updated Terms will be published on this page.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

# Zapptune Privacy Policy

Zapptune (hereinafter "the App") is an Android audio player application provided by matsumoto (hereinafter "the Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles personal information.
## 1. Information We Collect
The App accesses and uses the following information:
**Google Account Information:** To access Google Drive, the App uses your Google account credentials (email address, access token). This information is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to the Developer's servers.
**Google Drive File Information:** To display a list of audio files stored in your Google Drive, the App retrieves file metadata (file name, size, last modified date). File contents are used solely for the purpose of playback or offline storage.
**Device Storage Information:** To display a list of audio files on your device, the App uses storage access permissions.
**Playback History and Settings:** Playback position, equalizer settings, sleep timer, and other settings are stored only on your device.
## 2. How We Use Your Information
The information collected is used solely for the following purposes:
- Playback and offline storage of audio files from Google Drive
- Remembering playback position and settings
- Providing and improving app functionality
## 3. Sharing of Information
The Developer will not share or disclose users' personal information to third parties except as required by law.
The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device information for the purpose of serving ads, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. For details, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
## 4. Data Storage and Management
All data collected and used by the App is stored on the user's device. No data is transmitted to or stored on the Developer's servers.
Cached audio files saved for offline use can be deleted from the App's settings screen.
## 5. Permissions
The App uses the following permissions:
- **Internet:** For accessing Google Drive and displaying advertisements
- **Storage Read:** For displaying a list of audio files on your device
- **Notifications:** For displaying background playback notifications
## 6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and the Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
## 7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page.
